Post Forms

Send all hardcopy of the forms to ChungHo Malaysia via courier or runner

These are the hard copy of the forms

  1. Sales Order Form
  2. Sales Agreement Form
  3. Auto Debit Form
  4. Direct Debit Form
  5. Liability Form (Company Only)

For error checking of the forms

Chungho will contact you for confirmation of purchase & schedule a date for installation.

Deduction of 1st month of rental after confirmation.

The installation normally takes 1-3 working days.
